What is a Podcast? Why is it important in learning about landscape design? Here, I answer questions many readers have asked.

Podcasting is another way of learning about landscape, design and plants. It is a way of transmitting files or audio recordings via the Internet. These files can be downloaded, stored and played on your computers or small digital music players, such as an iPod™.

Some sites like that about Thomas Jefferson's Monticello near Charlottesville, VA allow you to create an RSS subscription to receive new audio files automatically.

Suite101 allows RSS automatic notification of written files of articles and blogs such as mine here at Landscaping. Look for the orange symbol and words How to subscribe to feeds at the end of an article or blog.
