English Influences on American Gardens ,the 61st Colonial Williamsburg Garden Symposium, links to the 400th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown, the first permanent English settlement in North America. Symposium is scheduled for April 29th through May 2nd and co-sponsored by Fine Gardening Magazine and Horticulture Magazine.

My welcome to spring, for many years, was the wonderful week spent among amateur and professional gardeners and landscape gardeners at the Colonial Williamsburg Garden Symposium.
